Hi, I’m Tracey, and with a deep passion for caring for others and promoting holistic well-being, I have dedicated the past 25 years of my life to working in the health and social care sector.

Throughout my career, I have held various roles, including quality assurance manager, care manager, trainer, and running a care home. These experiences have given me invaluable insights into the challenges people face when it comes to their health and well-being.

Touch Therapy Inspiration

One of the key issues I noticed was the reliance on prescription medications, which often led to people being on medication for years without proper assessment. This realisation, along with my experiences as a carer, inspired me to explore alternative ways to support people's health and well-being.

While working in a home for the blind and partially sighted, I found myself naturally drawn to sitting with clients and gently rubbing their hands. The simple act of touch seemed to bring them comfort and relaxation. This experience ignited my passion for the power of human touch and its ability to promote well-being, especially for those who may be lacking physical contact.

As an outdoor enthusiast, I find great joy and peace in exploring the beautiful Chiltern Hills. The natural beauty and tranquillity of this area have been a constant source of inspiration and grounding throughout my life and career.

My Qualifications

Motivated by my experiences and passion for helping others, I pursued formal training in reflexology and qualified as a practitioner in 2006. Since then, I have been dedicated to honing my skills and providing compassionate care to friends, family, and clients.

In addition to my reflexology qualification, I am also a qualified NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) life coach and trainer. These additional skills have enabled me to foster deep, trusting relationships with my clients, creating a safe space where they feel respected, heard, and supported on their wellness journey.

As a committed practitioner, I am registered with the following professional bodies:

I also have an enhanced DBS certificate, which is checked every year, and an Emergency First Aid certificate.

Through my work as a reflexologist, I aim to create a nurturing environment where clients can experience the transformative power of touch, promoting relaxation, balance, and overall well-being.
